The DanceLifeTV.com crew visited Connecticut Children’s Medical Center to experience the joy that dance therapy brings to children with cancer and special needs. This is a special episode that proves that dance is a special gift to all who have the opportunity to experience it. Learn about the Andréa Rizzo Foundation, an organization dedicated to funding dance therapy for children in hospitals from coast to coast!

Sharon Mulcahy is my sister and I am so proud of her and her work. This is a beautiful video. I congratulate you on your work for these dear children. Also, thanks for loving my sister as you do. We all try to do whatever we can for these little ones.

This is so great…. At the studio that my daughter and grandson are teachers , STUDIO B , in the Decatur/Mt.Zion. Illinois area, have classes for the challenged of all ages , even for the wheel chair students,, classes for the wee ones through young adult.. It is called the RELEVE’ ,, or to lift up… There is a dance teacher on staff that is a phyiscal therepist, sorry for the spelling, … this became her dream many years ago and it was implemented several years ago… the students perform at the yearly recital and what a joy to see them there on stage having such a wonderful time… Also for their parents.. This also gives our other teens in the studio the opportunity to volunteer to help the the challenged students also.. This does my heart so good to see this happening for the teens also… To share their own personal time for someone else… thank you for listening… Loretta Ritchie
